The Nexperta approach combines local onsite support and management with near-shore offsite development.  The two components of the model are:

The onsite manager

• Either a consultant or a program manager, the onsite manager is the key person responsible for accurate and timely delivery.

The Development and Application Service Center

• Based on Romanian developers and with project management expertise from Montreal, Canada we can provide very high quality development and consulting services.   

Working together in harmony, these two components combine to deliver solutions to system development requirements.
